As for MOUSE utility
Fertile concept for another MUFFIN mode. Implementing a widget framework to
hold a matrix of menu actions would of course reuse existing .uno controls.
I can see some utility for use on tablets/slates, or even phones--but a
traditional "non-touch" mouse driven Desktop would not benefit greatly.
