No, it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. I don't know if it went
away when I upgraded to Gutsy but it seems fine now. Although, it tends
to do it with gdesklets now.

I run the dwn windows manager from suckless.org: a minimalistic windows manager.
Nautilus runs fine in all instances, except when attempting to change the
background with the following command:
