yes, thats right. all this output was from just inserting media into the
card reader once. here is a part of my fstab. the partitions namend
like movies, downloads, etc are samba-shares. apida, ultraii
qimonda r my 3 most used sticks or cards. their entrys in fstab are
temporary solutions.

If calculators calculate different percentages.
I think it would be good to alert the user to calculate, on the principle of
using the function percentage.

Cannot change mouse cursor theme when compiz is enabled

I am a Linux-Trainer and use to show my students how to configure Linux. I just
can't believe that a new release is pushing Linux-Newbies to the terminal for
such a simple thing as the configuration of the login screen. Why??
If Linux is supposed to become more like Windows, it is on a bad way.
It happens on Jaunty and not just in Intrepid. Therefore the title
should be changed.
I think this list should be filtered out so that only unique entries may
exist in the dialog.

Doesn't seem like it. Exact same symptoms: 'start gdm' reports a pid,
but gdm does not come up. syslog shows that it tried to spawn too many
times. sudo gdm does work just fine.
It seems like this is still related to booting into recovery mode and
then continuing the boot.

Yeah, Kile works without Dolphin and Konqueror, that is why it

Did anyone commenting on this closed[fix released] bug, even care to
read the comments before them?
This is not a change done by Ubuntu , this is an upstream update which
has been postponed for 3 releases. Any further discussions can be done
on the upstream bug , regarding the lack of features.
MIchal, I've linked it for you (simple go to the also affects
dirtribution link on the top next time). I had to actually remove
pulseaudio in order to get alsa-mixer running. At least now I could set
the digital mic and confirm that the mic itself works it's really just
the problem that it can not

I confirm the bug is still happening on Karmic, that should get fixed
once LTSP finally supports dbus or will require a nautilus patch to
change that behavior (so the eject button doesn't appear when the user
isn't allowed to eject/unmount the device).

internal USB card readers shows untranslated labels in English rather
than Spanish: Generic USB CF Reader, Generic USB MS Reader, Generic
USB SD Reader, and so on...

old patch i once added to nautilus to suppress the umount option on LTSP
desktops, surely nautilus has changed a lot since but the patch might
serve as a base for a new one.
