Rhythmbox stopped playback and became unresponsive a couple of times on
different songs being played back from my local music files. I ran it
from terminal and got the following error the next time it crashed:

I don't use nautilus because of this bug. Should be high priority in my
opinion and we can't count on upstream in this case.

I have also been experiencing the same error and failures, and have
produced nothing but junk cd's using GnomeBaker.
This bug (and it's handling) is an utter shock, and caught me off guard.
It gives an otherwise stellar distro a black eye. I wish the team luck
with it and better decision making
the only working fix i found so far is installing shiki-colors; they have an
extra setting for window borders:
easy-metacity which uses thicker borders.
I'd also like to add that from the people i could convince to switch to
ubuntu ( 25 so far) almost everyone mentioned that this is really
chromium-broswer has been accepted into lucid-proposed, the package will
build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback
here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for
documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

I've been experiencing this for a while. It varies between having to
select one or two files down from the one that I want attached. It does
not always happen. I think it happens when files are added to the
directory, almost as if gnome were keeping an old list in memory.

From initial setup of evo I had 2 local calendars: Personal and
Meeting. While reminders for appointments from Personal worked, for

I understand the rationale of allowing some users control of their
External devices to the extent of formatting, but there is no way I know
of to restrict this ability if you didn't actually want them to do it.
With so many people these days storing important data on external
storage devices,
I had exactly the same behaviours that were described in the bug report
and I solved them by removing the assistive technologies software using
the Ubuntu Software Centre, which I learned was the problem following
the link in Peter's post. To remove the software, I had to log in as
root, since
My idea was, in instead of making the border size thicker (which looks
less beautiful), you can of source set a kinda of offset where you can
resize your window and where not.
Hopefully you can use this...
