I can confirm that manually editing the x and y values in
~/.config/monitors.xml and then logging out and back in again adjusts
the monitor position.
I changed the permissions for monitors.xml to 777 but Monitor
Preferences still can't save my settings.

A200 running amd64 Maverick with the 2.6.35-14 kernel. I don't get an

It might be worth mentioning that I have Ubuntu One unchecked in Startup
Applications as I don't use the file sharing, but still want to use
Rhythmbox. This is probably the cause for the problem.
I think the real bug here is that Rhythmbox should still start even if
it can't start the Ubuntu One
The patch arrived in Lucid updates today, and while it fixes most of the
images, some still remain the same. For example, take the two
attachments I posted.
evince.png is now fixed, but the second one of Rhythmbox,
evince2.png remains the same. And they're both in the same PDF.

Our entire team has the same issue in Ubuntu, across Karmic and Lucid.
The fonts are okay, but the images are very jagged/not anti-aliased.

Hold down the right button. Keep holding it down. Then left click
somewhere on the page to get rid of the context menu. Now, still holding
the right button, left click on flash buttons, etc. It should work.

Sorry about the duplicate, it's pretty hard to find what other people
describe it as. I did look.
It shouldn't be on wishlist - it's a bug, either for Compiz or Gnome
Panel - I am thinking the latter, because Compiz transparency works
flawlessly elsewhere, but perhaps gnome-panel isn't utilizing
Compiz. I confirmed it because I have three computers running Ubuntu
with different specs and they all have the problem.

I agree, F-Spot is stupid. I have over 20,000 photos, about half of
which are RAW. F-Spot is completely unusable for me, and it's the first
thing I remove on a fresh install. It gets replaced by digiKam.
