Postscript Level 2 and provided the Canon's ppd file, selected 4x6

yeah, but I have libdvdcss2 installed so it should work, right? Also I can play
this with mplayer without any problems.
Is this known issue tracked somewhere else? If so could you provide the link?

I muted the PC speaker on my laptop for now in the volume applet,
otherwise the horribly annoying beep plays for me too. What doesn't
play is my logoff sound, which has been broken for everyone since
GUTSY!!!

I don't have Jaunty to test, but are you sure this fixes the bug?
tracker 0.6.6 on ubuntu hardy uses a bundled copy of xdgmime to find
mime types, not the GIO routine. As far as I know, only the post-0.6.6
SVN version uses GIO.
