had some photos that had already been adjusted because my camera had the

More generally, there's no GUI to customise GDM at all now. The login
screen is not GUI-customisable with respect to theme, whether it uses a
user list or requires typing in a username, etc., all of which was
possible in Jaunty. The only option available is whether to log in
automatically or not.

Getting same error on dell mini 9 with 4G stec pata vS020.1.0 SSD. This
is my second disk as Dell replaced first under warrenty due to false-
error message. This is a fresh install using UNR Karmic ext4. Error
says SMART status: DISK IS BEING USED OUTSIDE DESIGN PARAMETERS. The

peform the page-down by clicking on the empty area on the scroll-bar.
This seems to perform a more sensible approach, with only a line or so
of context instead of the much too large amount when the space bar or

i've got just the opposite problem - i can't get hibernate/suspend
options to show up in Gnome (they do in KDE). They worked fine in 9.04,
but disappeared in 9.10. The various gconf-editor hacks i've read about

In my case the nvidia kernel module was not built correctly built (it
was resolved a day later) causing this problem.
It is simple to reproduce just create a bad xorg.conf, this can be done
by making a spelling mistake, having the wrong driver ie the nvidia
driver marked in the xorg.conf when the

maybe?) from what I see here, one version of the problem is whereas
acpi/hal/dbus/devkit-power doesn't detects the lid event and/or

Also note, I have the random issue. And by that I mean sometimes
nothing works right, sometimes the screen saver works but not the power
manager, and seldom do both work as they should. Also, a litte output
of my settings per gconf...

Did your message actually get sent? It looks like that segmentation
fault you experienced might have been related to the connection with the
IMAP server. Do you experience this problem if you just perform the
normal send receive?
