I think I've half-solved this bug : I set the gnome sound controller to
control the 'headphones' and it works (even rhytmbox is controlled). So
I think keys control 'master' wich don't control sound properly.

Option boxes are used to allow the user to do the task in hand, so it's

i am using IMAP and things became very tricky.

Binary package hint: hal-device-manager
Hi, I searched for an open/reported bug but could not find it, sorry if
its been reported already. I have 2 PC's, this occured on only one and
seemed to follow the DVD RW that I have. I confirmed it on 386 no
updates applied, then

This bug is still not fixed, actually. It is rather old and is affected
by the upstream source code. There is an open bug in the GNOME
bugtracker that is still open on this issue—it is the same issue and yet
a different one, so I am not sure if a new bug should be opened or not.
