Karmic: the brightness keeps oscillating. This seems limited to these

As per the bug itself, it's a technical defect that should be filed
against the application in Ubuntu, rather than an issue the Ubuntu

As asked on the upstream bug, could someone using a Thai desktop test it
with another theme? The suggestion is to use Clearlooks.

Gnome panel got one line bottom when login as Thai language.
This is due to bug 1048556. We'll add an exception to the machinery that
builds the language packs to work around it.
