a master keyring over , By lock , i meant this one.
Usually the keyring asks for user permissions to unlock the keyring and
connect to the network at every session start.

This is not a bug in either gnome-keyring or network manager.
I had started using transmission recently , and since it was among my
startup [auto-launch] apps, transmission would start fast and begin

even once since 15days , either the gkd fix solved this too or new

Looks like you are not using the indicator-applet ?
The icon is supposed to be used only in the panel. The indicator applet uses
the monochrome icons , since it detects the icons with *-panel names.
If you are using the icons in earlier versions than Lucid , in Karmic ,
