Double-click a local file named %foo.pdf in nautilus/thunar, and watch
evince fail with:
Unable to open document: Invalid URI
Apparently even local files are now subject to the %-expansion, due to
some misunderstanding.

Distribution is Gutsy; evince version is, consequently, 0.8.1-1ubuntu1.

Er, i forgot to add, this is not xubuntu but plain ubuntu.
Also the package name is evince, not evince-gtk.

This relates to either Pango, Cairo, GTK2, Gnome-specific widgetset or
the specific app -- gnome-volume-control.
When one hovers the mouse over any part of g-v-c which has a text annotation
the apparent miscalculation
of the text
i added information, but alas, because there's no information provided,
awaiting further review bug status, i'm setting it to Confirmed. Feel
free to change it to whatever fits it better.

Whenever the workspace switcher applet is removed, after the workspace
row count is set to 1, logging off causes that row count information to
be lost.
It appears that the storage and management of the workspace layout
information is somehow tied to the workspace switcher
