From a usability perspective, I think this bug should have higher
priority. I frequently use nautulus, and it is very annoying if I make a
typo followed by pressing escape, that the browser goes level up.
I confirm this bug on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04, `gnome-
terminal-2.30.2-0ubuntu`. I was switching back from Chromium to Firefox,
but Gnome Terminal kept opening Chromium windows. It affects also Pidgin
and some other Gnome applications.

Its some weird conflict between JDownloader's watch clipboard function
and the copy operation in LibreOffice. Having JDownloader run with the
watch clipboard function disabled works for me.

Chris, in my opinion this is not a feature request. It rather is a
consistency issue.
The indicators provide middle click functionality. Some apply this, some
not. But the keyboard indicator even gives visual feedback (turns gray)
while nothing happens. In my opinion the user expects that
