since gconf should be replaced by gsettings.

Hi Josh et al. Testing the calibration before your workaround didn't yield
proper results, it was still way off. After entering a reasonable value in
dconf and recalibrating it indeed seems to calibrate my pen instead of touch,
resulting in a nicely calibrated screen.

removed by apt if you remove acroread, you have to delete it manually:

much too low.
When I go into system settings / sound and check the volume, it barely

However, processing it in order to get sufficient information for the
developers failed (it does not generate a useful symbolic stack trace). This
might be caused by some outdated packages which were installed on your system

IMHO there is an easy way to change the default idle time of unclutter:
Edit /etc/default/unclutter.
Then again, you and some more people consider this unreasonable. If you
can explain a little bit more, why you consider that unreasonable or how
you think that
update: i tried to fix the zoom factor in variable to whatever % i get
in the fit width and height mode, but it does not help too much since
switching from cursor in text to selected image triggers page redraws
anyway... is this neccesary? i guess this could be optimized away in
order to increase
