Title:
Enabling workspaces breaks shortcut overlay
Status in “xorg” package
I believe I have found the solution to this problem, I think it was
caused by an incorrect AppArmor setup.
My home directory is not located in /home/ but the AppArmor
/etc/apparmor.d/tunables/home tunable had not been updated to reflect this as
described in:
Public bug reported:
running the following up to version 13.04 used to work ok:
pdf2ps -sDEVICE=psgray AFILE.pdf
on 13.10 I get the following error:
Unknown device: psgray
Unrecoverable error: undefined in .uninstallpagedevice
Operand stack:

It looks the crash is triggered by an assertion that user's input method
list shouldn't be empty, but when first boot ibus-ui-gtk3 starts before
ibus populate the input method list to user configurations.
This bug is caused by a patch from upstream developer applied in Fedora
19, but when ibus
I discovered how to switch the keyboard layout and other preferences in
Ubuntu 13.10.
Here is what I did -
1. sudo apt-get install ibus-clutter ibus-qt4 (not sure if this step is
necessary, but I noticed these two were missing with my Ubuntu 13.10 install,
even after enabling ibus-chewing)
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
** Changed in: xorg-server (Ubuntu)
Status: New = Confirmed

It seems to be nearly my patche + adding unity support. I hope my
patch was a help.
I think in evince there is one big problem:

mode and fix the possible fals re arranging of the menubar-/ toolbars
@ramanmono There should be a link on the page, near the top. If you will
click that, it will help more than just commenting, because it will flag
the dev's that this bug is confirmed.
