Today is ending July and not solution had given. In my case it some time works,
after many click on the menu it open the option but it is realy anoying.
At the moment there is not information about the cause, (system load, hardware,

box after my system has resumed from a sleep (=lid opening), so I can't
relogin anymore
Excpected behaviour: the login screen should accept keyboard input and
show them as stars in

I'm confused about what is the sane frontend or backend, or whether I
should download/install another frontend or backend, if there is one.
I'm not sure, but from the following, it seems like, on Ubuntu, that
sane is the frontend, and sane-utils is the backend (???) .
