/etc/apparmor.d/disable/usr.lib.libreoffice.program.* and I rebooted to

I can observe the issue too. It's a stock GTK file save dialog, but
other apps that use it too don't seem to be affected (e.g. gedit).

The version in the repo is missing pkg-config which makes it impossible to use
with cmake out of the box. The needed file was introduced in the version 2.2.
