You don't seem to have a kernel driver loaded for the Nvidia GPU, so any
ports attached to that GPU (like HDMI usually is) won't be usable.
This can happen if the Nvidia driver was installed and compiled for the
old kernel version but somehow failed to rebuilt for the new kernel
version.

Similar to the above comment, I am not sure this is a bug or just a
change in GUI.
If you think it is a bug then please help us to identify the issue by
running these commands:
lspci -kv > lspci.txt
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text files here.
