This was tested by four people and the problem was not seen - active
window title in black, inactive window titles as darkish grey. So all
properly visible. Please test if you can reproduce it in eg. guest

I was affected by this on 10.04 -> 12.04 upgrade today. After finding
this bug I went to synaptic and installed indicator-appmenu from unity's
Recommends which pulled everything necessary in. Not sure why that
recommended package was not installed during the upgrade.
