Thanks for the response. When was the bug fixed? I am now on 12.04 on my
Dell E6410 and I still only see a single resolution and the adds I have
added manually.

This was an issue with eDP whereby when I originally added all the
*fake* modes (your eDP panel is truly a fixed frequency display) the
kernel died in a ball of fire. Both have since been fixed.
