Scott, the mutter 44.1 update for Ubuntu 23.04 needs to be manually approved by a member of the Ubuntu SRU team before it will be built as a -proposed update. Once approved, if its passes manual verification and after at least a 7-day wait, it will be released as a normal update for Ubuntu 23.04.
