Store Master Password to Gnome Keyring patch v3
Changes
- Prompt user if he wants to store master password to Gnome Keyring.
- rewritten patch a bit to avoid a lot of nested ifs.

I get a bug with empathy on 12.04.1 i get error with empathy it say's
no reason specified when trying to connect to any accont it worked fine
before but starting getting this error for no reason . i tried
reinstalling but no luck so it must be a bug Thanks in advance

In case anyone is reading this bug report, I am going to attempt and SSH
in to Raring the next time it freezes. I was unable to get it to do a
dump when it last crashed. Must be really badly crashing.

Same for me on x64 xubuntu 12.10 if I try to logout from root command
line session.
rm: cannot remove `/run/user/root/gvfs
I need to run
umount /run/user/root/gvfs
before terminal logout

This crasher affects 52 people starting from gwibber version gwibber-
service 2.91.92-0ubuntu1
up to gwibber 3.6.0 which is actual and in Ubuntu 13.04 developer
branch(called raring).
In respect to this I set the status of the upstream report to
confirmed.

Does it break anything or create regression or just keep not working?
The update fixes other issues, should the verification fail block the
update to reach precise-updates or is it just to state that the fix for
this bug is not enough?
