Title:
Public bug reported:
At least, on the newest Ubuntu (14.04) and newest alacarte (3.10.x)
versions, all the Wine-shortcuts will appear to All Applications
-menu, but not in the Wine-submenu after running Wine shortcuts rebuild
command:
export WINEPREFIX=~/.wine; find $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/ -name
On Ubuntu 14.04 with alacarte 3.10.x, icons will not appear even in the
parent submenus anymore. They will all go to All Applications-menu.

behavior should be that fatal error are printed to console).
Can confirm bug still exists in 14.6 on Ubuntu Trusty (clean install).

of the issue: http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D23CFE9B36
This is the thread on the unofficial bug reporting forum which AMD
supposedly monitor, but the bug is still outstanding 1 year on, and I am
keen to help
