then start windows manager as regular user.

external AOC monitor attached to HDMI of my Nvidia 610 card, monitor

creation worked find for me on 14.04-15.10, but then I tried adding an
EWS account on 16.04, and it repeatedly failed to appear.
After killing *all* evolution-related processes and restarting, it
worked.

I've also updated from ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers and everything work
perfectly now. I have two notebooks. One on nouveau (nvidea), other on
intel. Both are solved. So i believe problem is not related directly to

I can confirm that the stick edges toggle on/off made no difference to
on my upgraded 15.10 to 16.04 system.

doesn't affect the behaviour.

You can see the same thing running 7kaa on Xmir. 7kaa hides the cursor
fine when run with SDL_VIDEODRIVER=mir.

Hi again,
I thought I should at least try testing without any extensions enabled.
That fixed it on xenial :-)
The offending extension was QuoteAndComposeManager 0.3.32.3 (1/16/13).
Disabling this resolved the issue. My other extensions (especially
Lightning, which is important to me) are OK.

Set up a printer using beh:/1/0/120/http:///ipp or similar.
A print job without -# or with -#1 it results in a single copy of the print.
But when number of copies is set to -#n {n=2,3,4...}, result is 2*n copies
