This got a lot worse in noble, it's now not just vertical shift, but the scaling of the logo too. It is twice as small as the plymouth one. Or maybe plymouth shows things twice as large? I don't know how to figure out which one is getting the maths wrong. -- You received this bug notification

I did a fresh install on a partition, made sure the 6.5 kernel was installed, installed the gnome desktop and wayland, then did the following: 1. Booted into kernel 6.5 with Xfce (using Xorg). Result was identical to before, the DisplayPort monitor is shown, but no input detected by the HDMI port

Proxying a few comments I've heard from cloud partners about uses: There are some big companies, particularly in the streaming media and encoding business heavily using irqbalance. _however_ our consideration is about irqbalance enabled by default. They do heavy tuning, not running stock values.
