I missed the DpkgTerminalLog in my last comment.
error: snap "chromium" has "install-snap" change in progress
This most likely means you tried to `apt install chromium-browser`
simultaneously to `snap install chromium`. Easiest is to `apt remove
chromium-browser; snap remove chromium`, and then
