User 1 and User 2 both have set up People Nearby profiles in empathy. User 1
will see two entries for User 2 in his empathy window and vice-versa.

I've installed ubuntu-dev ppa and ran the sound troubleshooting steps
mentioned in the wiki. There is no fix. The popping stops when chrome is
closed. I tried disabling the PepperFlash plugin in chrome://plugins but
