So I suspect this is an electrical problem (without much info provided).
ciborium just listens to the udisks2 events, so I'd need:
- a dbus-monitor for InterfacesAdded and InterfacesRemoved from the system bus
on the org.freedesktop.DBus.ObjectManager interface
- a udevadm monitor with a kernel

Since the latest nm, everything is completely broken...
On desktop, when on ethertet and wifi, the applet displays nothing as
connected; on the phone, no route is set, ifconfig fails badly and
networking is completely broken as seen here:
