this was approved but I reverted the switch
I believe the gnome-shell-extension-manager app is reporting based on
the extensions published on the extensions.gnome.org website. That
website is irrelevant for Ubuntu users since we distribute these
extensions directly in Ubuntu instead of through that website.

from honoring the Dock size when in "IntelliHide" mode,
