Hi,
I would like to argue
But you still need routing. See the attached PNG (and draw.io XML).
You need to route the /48 subnet TO the VR which can then route it to
the Virtual Networks behind the VR.
There is no other way then routing with either BGP or a Static route.

th FRR you can simply say:

The /48 you need to have at the VR anyway in case of either a static

We just need to add a NullRoute on the VR for that /48 so that traffic
will not be routed to the upper gateway in case of the VR ca
out:
- DNS servers
- DNS domain
- Prefix (/64) to be used
There is no need for DHCPv6. You can calculate the IPv6 address the VM
will obtain by using the MAC and the prefix.
So in short:
- Using BGP you routed a /48 to the VR
- Now you split this into /64 subnets towards the isolated networks

don't use Terraform and don't have a major stake in it, but I would
hate to see the Provider being removed from Terraform.
Should we request https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-terraform at
infra and then host the Provider there?

's also a reason that VMWare uses VMFS with VMDK images on top as
that provides a lot of flexibility.
This time the use-case is iSCSI, but thinking ahead we'll get new things
like NVMeOF which provides even lower latency.
Probably best to set up a PoC and see how it works out.

nce either, but otherwise you have to use
corosync.
Anybody else otherwise using CLVM?

Hi,
For a specific use-case I'm looking into the possibility to use iSCSI
in combination with KVM.
Use-case: Low-latenc I/O with 4k

with KVM. Does is support all the features NFS supports?

Yes. Running it in production on Ubuntu 18.04 hypervisors and Ceph servers.

between Linux distributions.
I could well be that CloudStacks works on CentOS Stream, Rocky, SL and
many other RPM based distributions.
But since this is all very fresh I would wait for now and see how this
turns out.
