Please consider using ACS (Apache CloudStack) or similar abbreviation, I don't know what CT means...? you should first test if your SSVM is functioning properly - run /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh and see if it reports proper connectivity to the mgmt server, DNS resolution working fine,
