along with manually compiled:
openssl-1.1.1k
expat-2.2.10
apr-1.7.0
apr-util-1.6.1
pcre-8.44
nghttp2-1.43.0 (and to compile this , compiled Python-3.9.5)
bonus: tested loading weblogic plugin too (WebLogic Server Plugin
version 12.2.1.4.0 )
