Hi Lukasz It’s a good idea for system/custom properties. It’s similar/extend of the custom.system.properties we already have in system.properties right ? For json/cfg files, it’s not necessary as we can already override with system properties or env variables (useful with docker) IMHO.

Hi Andre, The reason is because the format is not the same: service wrapper uses tanuki wrapper (old version due to license contraint). The Karaf-service is supposed to only launch wrapper, and wrapper using the Karaf-wrapper.conf where you define the config. As the Karaf-service is executed
