please write an issue to PL (Philipp Lohmann). He created the StartUp
Center and perhaps these icons aren't designed for translated links
until now. But as you wrote for languages where translated sites exists
a dedicated link makes sense in my opinion.

Therefore we have assignees in our project, to redirect issues to
original components. When issue appears in one on several localized
versions ut not in en-us version, it is surely worth that l10n team is
informed about state of these issues.
