option. 
Need to choose a chair. I propose you(Gary Wong) as Chair for Apache
Mnemonic project if no other objections. (Do we need vote for this)

Also it says, resolution can be reviewed in private list.

1. 
Licensing
* No Software Grant and No IP Clearance Filed
* No Release Yet/Missing ASF Copyright Headers on Source Code
* No Release Yet/Binary has licensing issues

3. Prior board report is not linked to June month report.
