Since Bugzilla maintenance, I see notifications in issues@ mailing list.
But I don't receive any e-mails.

Hello!
Yesterday (2015-02-15) Kevin Atkinson released an update for US and CA.
I have been working on en_GB but so far I have only added around 300 new
words this month, because I have been terribly busy.
I will try to add as many as possible before the official .OXT release
on 2015-03-01.

I recommend something more neutral such as Starter, Intermediate, and Full or
some equivalent, so it is about the interface, not the user of it. The default

Do you mean that you do not receive a direct copy of the Bugzilla notice where
you are the creator or on the CC list for an issue?
I just submitted a Bugzilla comment. I received two copies: the list copy and
a direct copy on [Issue 126098].
Perhaps there was a change that interferes with mail
HI.
Remark those that follow bugzilla-admin, will have noticed that Infra has
identified a problem with BZ sending mail.
I assume it will be solved quickly.

It does have a reputation for being cool. This is justified in many
cases, less justified in others. I know some developers who refuse to
