As I said in my previous e-mail, this comes from ^M added in some lines
of the bootstrap file.
once removed I get the second issue... (SRC_ROOT not taken into account).

I have been able to solve my first issues by dos2unix bootstrap and
winenv.set.sh
unfortunately the build does not go much further... (both startup.mk and
build.pl are present in my system though...)
