The flex-sdk-converter-maven-extension is not used for building Royale
projects. Instead, it is used for converting Flex/AIR SDKs to Maven artifacts.
Remove extensions.xml (and the .mvn folder) as it is declaring this unneeded

and creating some documentation on how to add new ones could be a great thing
for people wanting to get engaged in the project. Should be fairly simple to do
