'one-off' mailreaders from getting out of sync, but no-one has

Not sure why Gump runs in offline mode. The missing dependency is on
ibiblio and the build works fine for me otherwise.

I would also like to build in email notification if the nightly and/
or site generation fails like Gump gives us. The only issue with
relying on Gump is that Gump does not build all of what the nightlies
build, especially documentation.
Your thoughts?

to build it, you should think about
using a remote repository that the people concerned with the project
have access to. You will add multiple locations in your
project.properties under the key maven.repo.remote.

Before rerunning 'maven nightly', I do this...
$export MAVEN_OPTS=-Xmx1024m
(of course, it may not need that much, but whatever the standard
max is, wasn't enough)
