This quarter we're trying to maintain a more explicit agenda, so we'll touch on: * Any upcoming PTO or other outages that might affect this coming cycle? * Review any outstanding items assigned to train-94 [1] and decide what to do with them. * Review progress and update confidence on our Q3 OKRs [2] * Go through the waffleboard [3] and triage active work * Ensure that big-ticket items for train-95 are appropriately tagged and assigned. Hi All, A quick reminder that we've got our usual set of Monday meetings coming up later today. At 12:30 Pacific we'll have the weekly Show & Tell, so please add yourself to the agenda if you've got something you'd like to share: https://public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/fxa-engineering-coordination Following that at 13:00 Pacific, we've got an hour for triaging bugs and planning the train-93 development cycle. One outcome of the Q2 retrospective was that we should try to run this meeting with a little more efficiency and structure, so here's what to expect as an agenda: * First we'll take 10 to 15 minutes to review status of OKRs; please come prepared with a short update on the OKR(s) you own this quarter and a revised confidence rating. * Second, we'll do an explicit review of key items that are shipping in train-92, and talk about what highlights needs to ship in train-93 in order to keep our OKRs on track. * Finally, we'll dive into the waffleboard to ensure that the things we're planning on working on reflect the priorities discussed above. Sound OK? As always we can iterate the structure and agenda based on trying it out in the wild. See you there!
