OOH680_m4 is up on Pavel's invaluable servers, but this time there is
no GSI file, or POT tree, in the listing.
Does this mean there are no changes at all?
(Which would be fine: no-work updates are my favourite kind. ;) )

We have re-arranged the machines in Sun Virtual lab last Friday, some
machines was shutdowned and reboot.ed.
Pootle service may need manual restart. Please wait for the admin for
the service to restart the application.
