There is a small problem in the chart: the year separators have the wrong value, the first one should be 2013 and the last 2016 (we are near the end of 2016, not 2015 ;) ) It's not a problem as it's working as with every other previous year. The year value marks a complete year. So, as soon as 2016 is not completed, it would be shown in the chart. That's the part that comes from the included widget JS. Is there a foreseeable date for 4.1.4? AFAIK there was the suggestion to do the 4.1.4 release until end of this year. However, Ariel as Release Manager has a bigger influence on this date. ;-) Marcus - To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@openoffice.apache.org

The script on /devtools/aoo-stats does much more than produce the data for that chart. It also does daily breakdowns by version, OS and language, data that is useful for other things. So I'd encourage maintaining that script and the full underlying data set. The detail-by-day.py script is the one you want. You'll also need to all.lst data file from the same directory. It is a list of all the program file downloads on SF for AOO, for all releases. For the download stats I use a data file that lists all the full-install files for each release. I've updated our stats page with the data for July: http://www.openoffice.org/stats/downloads.html The new total is 112,491,971. I'd expect a big pickup in volume in a few weeks, as students start returning to school. I wonder if a student-focused blog post might be good?
