Update document
While installing from source with Postgresql, there were no default JDBC
driver file, so I add guide for download and setup for this. Please give a

I would like to see the current SDKs as integral part of the new
Apache distribution. Is that possible?

are an integral part of the ecosystem (e.g. PredictionIO engine developers
use these artifacts to build engines)?

Providing maven artifacts is ok provided the jars embed LICENSE and NOTICE
files as required. The release artifact we vote on will be the source tarball
though.
