somehow I'm unable to create a new update for my new package
"python-cssselect2" (F31) and I'd like to know why.
When I go to https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/new and I enter
"python-cssselect2" in the "packages" field, bodhi says "unable to find any
package…".

currently broken on F30).
