Qt 5.11.0 will be coming to rawhide soon.
I'll be importing git sources first starting later today, and then proceed
to do requisite builds in a side koji target (
https://pagure.io/releng/issue/7516 ). Will get builds moved over to
rawhide when that task is complete.
