Based on the statutes, the BoD is in charge of defining the size of the MC,
with the limitations of having at least three people, and not more than 10%
of the total members (i.e. 13-15 people right now, IIRC).
I'd ask all BoD members to vote on the above proposal. My vote: +1

of code is in our git repository. So we fulfill all the
requirements but we have the problem that it's not easy to find. I
guess writing a good text about how to get the source code for every
version and place it in our download page (or a link to the wiki page)
is good enough.

the developers agree that we should use open source compilers, and
this will happen. But it's not ready for production yet, so probably
the next few versions for Windows will still be using the Microsoft
compilers. It depends on how many people volunteer to work on that.
