A tip, especially if you are creating a new page ... create it off-line,
using Notepad or similar! Then you can be sure you won't lose anything.

Will Slimserver see iTunes on my main G5 disk as well as my music folder
full of FLAC Files on an external hard drive? Will it search in both
places? When I select the use iTunes preference does it mean that
Slimserver uses iTunes exclusively?

OK, after some experimentation it seems the liability to crash is when
the special character is in the song title. For example I have quite a
few artists such as Prozzäk or Röyksopp or indeed Björk which appear to
play fine (see above post). I use itunes, and itunes uses the artists as
the filing
as a sonyericsson faithful, I was holding out for the new Sony Ericsson
p990 (QVGA, wifi b, and touchscreen) for SB remote control purposes,
when I stumbled across the Nokia N80 that should be released in a
couple of months with a 352x416 screen resolution and wifi g.
Or if you are using the mailing list instead of the forums, you should
create a new message, instead of replying to an old one and changing
the subject.

I uninstalled, rebooted, then installed 6.2.2 (1/1/06 build).
Same thing, would not read the FLAC tags and the songs will not play.
Uninstalled that, rebooted, then installed the standard 6.2.1, works
fine, back to normal. Songs play, broken down into albums/artists.

suspect that the screen would be rather small for a remote, or you'd
just be doing a LOT of scrolling :) The screen is very high

Okay, so I was having this problem where some of my albums had songs out
of order. When I switched to now playing, the correct order would
appear. However, in the web access page and accessed through search on
the SB3, they were out of order.
So, I did everything. Reset iTunes library.
I assume one of the artists is no artist.
Who is the other one?

Hi,
I think it's nailed now. After tracking down the cause, and getting a
few pointers from Dan on what to tweak, svn 5505 and the Jan 3 nightly
should now show the correct order (it is for me at least).
Please update your svn or download the next nightly and let us know how
it goes.

The guys over at AVS Forum have been raving about the
Panasonic SA-XR receivers for over a year now.
They are small, they don't produce much heat, they
have digital inputs and they are affordable. Plus
they will have the volume control you will need, and a
remote control for convenience
I have both Music Magic and Moodlogic. MusicMagic by far is the
