It is a text file which canm be edited with a normal text editor. It is easy to access when SC is on a Linux/Windows - I can't tell you how to get at it on an NV+. It would probably be easier for you to do a bulk rename of the extension of your asf files to wma and then browse to the folder

Yes, but iPeng doesn't generate particularly much traffic. It's probably like an average Web page for the data itself plus 450 (small) images (3 at a time) when syncing the database. It generates load on the server because the server has to do database queries, but the query results are a few 100

I believe the OP was referring to the web skins, which (if you know HTML, CSS, AJAX etc.) are much easier to develop than an alternate server. But it seems like there have been no new third-party web skins for quite a while now - the iPeng skin excepted, but that's a special case. Perhaps this
