After 7.4.1 upgrade and complete rescan, some songs appear double. Seemingly random, some album tracks appear twice in the listing. Playing those albums with the play icon, results an a very strange playlist where the order is garbled, some tracks appear three times, some only once. (Flac albums)

The SB doesn't do any EQ. Was your CD player also going through the AVR's DAC, or were you using the CD player's DAC? If the latter, then what you're hearing is probably the difference between the CDP's DAC and the AVR's DAC. If the former, I don't know. (Disclaimer: I'm not an audiophile either.)
