After playing with it for a couple of days, I must say it works great.
Though in some cases I still have to get used to the new interface.

Yes, it will. Yes, all of them. Yes, SoftSqueeze as well. What ?
I SAID ALL OF THEM !
Radionomy currently offers the 500 most active radios, among their 3.8k
catalog. Since the radios are run by users, Radionomy wants to ensure a
quality service and make sure that the radio stream is working when
tuned in.
You can however paste a Radionmy stream link in your favorites to

Probably not related to any problem on the mysqueezebox end as such, but
it seems the server has some connectivity problems. Tried to restart the
server and ensured that it can connect to mysqueezebox?

I'd suggest a complete network reboot to clear out any potential DNS
issues as Logitech has adding a new MySB server location.
Unplug router, shut down computer, unplug SB player(s).
Bring them back up in that same order, waiting for each to completely
boot up before proceeding to the next
I agree about the power consumptionyou can put together a small
server that costs nothing to run 24/7. You mention the diehard SB
user. That is just the thing.if Logitech wants to bring the more
non-tech novice user to the SB product they need to make it easier to
implement. When I

The OrbMusic App - (No longer available) - did offer playback of music

was installed on your PC.
I don't know if the Orb Live app works the same way :-(
Hopefully, iPeng will add a playback feature to the excellent iPeng

Flatterman,
I bought SqueezeCommander the other day for my HTC Desire, and so far
it has served me flawlessly. Great work, thanks for this. Seems the
days of fighting my Duet Controller is over... You have managed what
Logitech could not fix, a stable controller that does not have any
problems
I just wanted to chime in and say I got the SqueezeCommander for my HTC
Aria this past weekend and it works great. I do like to know if
Favorites will be available on the next update or am I missing
something?

My take on this is that the Squeezebox idea is getting squeezed in the
middle.
Expensive high-end audio-only streaming is now catered for by media
servers / players that can store music on a local hard disk and / or
stream it from a networked drive. In the UK we have the likes of the

Doesn't DLNA support the concept of Server (DMS), Player (DMP),
Renderer (DMR) and Controller (DMC) ?
I thought the DMC meant remote control ?
Are we talking about limitations regarding remote control of multiple
players or something

Most photos tends to be in landscape orientation and using landscape
makes them cover a larger part of the screen.

Yes, you did miss something. If you go too select music the item on top
is favorites.
What is missing are options to add favorites.

I searched this thread but could not find my exact problem, please
direct me if this has already been answered.
I had SBS running on my laptop with the player connected, playing and
being managed by SqComm just fine. Then I accidentally turned off the
laptop, and eventually the music stopped.
I use album art downloader.

That one seems to be really nice!
How easy is it to work with?
Can it smoothly bulk download covers and put them in album folders?

No, but flattermann has also written a tool called SqueezeConfig for

Yes, it downloads the covers and puts them in the appropriate folder. A
little quirky to use at first but works great.

First, I love this! The only issue I've seen so far is that the
