I used it a little with iTunes. It doesn't allow to control individual players: you can send a stream to many players or to one, but you can't send one stream per player. Players are appletv1, atv2, airport express, or 1/3 party licensed devices. My iPhone 4 and my iPad 3 can share the iTunes DB
